well-paced books, in each category and will mentor each first place
winner in each category and submit it to five top editors with the author or author-illustrator.
Three Top Winners will be announced in each category along with honorable mentions during the month of April, 2018.
First Place winner will receive a KidLit College Crit-N-Chat with
editor/agent of their choice, mentoring, and submission to five
Second to Third Place winners will receive a FREE Crit-N-Chat to further their manuscripts.
We do require a $29.99 reader's fee for your entry(s). Yes. We
feel its important to support pay for writers, editors, agents for
creative work, so we pay it forward to those who read, participate and
support our KidLit College family.
Plus, our rationale is that this is our holiday gift of a quality
crit at a low, low price if you want to think of it that way.

Submit your manuscripts today. If you are an author-illustrator,
you are encouraged to submit both text + art. (We suggest you place your
pdf dummy in a Google.docx and share the link from your query page and
also submit your manuscript and query as follows:
Please be sure to write a short query letter on page one,
followed by the manuscript. Please be sure your name, address, email and
twitter is listed on your query page. Please remember that it's all
about the manuscript, so keep your intro letter short, sweet and filled
with spectacular things about you. You must submit all material in one
Word.doc and it must be labeled YourFullName-Title.docx.
